1. Discovery
We start with R&D-led discovery and feasibility: requirements capture, topology selection and benchmarking. Here we evaluate power-conversion approaches (AC–DC, DC–DC, AC–AC), semiconductor choices and control strategies to define efficiency, thermal and EMI targets, while preserving in-house IP ownership and traceability.
2. Design
We translate discovery into system and control architecture. This includes power-stage design, digital-control algorithms, field-oriented control (FOC) for BLDC/AC motors (sensorless or sensor-based), and control-loop tuning (PI/2P2Z). Designs are validated with simulation and rapid prototypes to ensure the system meets performance and miniaturization goals.
3. Development
We implement and iterate hardware and firmware to meet design targets: PCB layout, gate-drive and power-stage engineering, thermal and EMI mitigation, and MCU/DSP firmware development. Development uses hardware-in-the-loop testing, board bring-up and integration so the power electronics, motor control and digital control work together reliably as a complete system.
4. Launch
We commercialize and scale the solution, production-ready hardware, certified firmware, BOM optimization and pilot runs. Final steps cover compliance & certification support, optional cloud/mobile integrations, and post-launch support to ensure fast time-to-market, low integration risk and scalable deployment across EV, renewable, industrial and consumer applications.
